Mr. Marc-Nicholas Quinn is a co-founding partner of the Ottawa personal injury law firm Quinn Thiele Mineault Grodzki LLP, Injury Lawyers. His law firm is focused on accident, injury, insurance and disability law.
He was born and raised in Ottawa and has strong roots in the Ottawa community. Mr. Quinn is active in his community through his support and involvement with various educational groups such as local law colleges and schools.
With more than 24 years of experience dealing with personal injury, disability and accident law matters, Mr. Quinn has gained a reputation of aggressively advocating for his clients and obtaining fair settlements for his clients.
Mr. Quinn is experienced and qualified to appear before all levels of Court, including the Superior Court of Justice, the Divisional Court and the Ontario Court of Appeal. He has extensive experience before the Courts, various administrative tribunals and has worked in the legal department of a local municipal corporation.
Mr. Quinn has extensive experience with litigation matters with specific focus on mergers and acquisitions litigation – corporate due diligence and fraud litigation – personal injury – insurance litigation – disability law and general litigation matters.
Mr. Quinn has developed a tough reputation as an advocate for his clients. He is an aggressive, self-driven lawyer who is fully prepared and experienced in taking on large corporations, insurance companies and big businesses on behalf of the average person. As one Judge called him, he is known as a “technical purist”, pays scrupulous attention to detail and is always prepared to vigorously pursue justice for his clients. Mr. Quinn is very inquisitive by nature and was a licensed private investigator.
While Mr. Quinn has represented the interests of corporations and insurers in the past, he now represents the interests of victims whether victims of accidents or corporate fraud. His practice is dedicated to protecting the rights of all victims and obtaining maximum compensation for his clients.
Mr. Quinn is fully bilingual. In 2009, he was appointed court-connected mediator by the Attorney General of Ontario. He has taught law clerks and paralegals at local Colleges and has been a guest lecturer at local Colleges and University of Ottawa Law School Students’ Association. He has given lectures frequently to corporations and business on the issues of corporate fraud avoidance. In 2009, he was awarded the prestigious Ontario Volunteer Service Award by the Provincial Ministry of Tourism, Culture and Sport and a Certificate of Appreciation for 10 years of Volunteer Service by Lisa MacLeod, Member of Provincial Parliament.
Mr. Quinn is also the founder of QTMG Injury Lawyers Annual Campaign against Bullying and Cyber-Bullying in Ottawa schools. He provides free online seminars and advice to parents and students on issues relating to the law of bullying and the Education Act.
