Michelle Bourbonnais is a litigation law clerk specializing in personal injury matters with a particular focus on Occupier’s Liability Act claims such as slip and fall / trip and fall accidents.

Few stones are left unturned when Michelle works on a case. She is known for her exceptionally thorough knowledge of court procedure and prosecution of a personal injury case. Our clients know they can trust her to keep the details of their case organized and on track. Michelle consistently cultivates her knowledge and skills in injury law and attends continuing legal education seminars to stay current.

Michelle graduated from the Algonquin College Law Clerk Program in 2006. She joined our law firm shortly after graduating, after working at another local law firm.

While also working in our motor vehicle claims group, Michelle focuses her time with the non motor vehicle injury group of our law firm and works directly with the managing partner, Marc-Nicholas Quinn.

Her diverse experience in personal injury cases means that she has the ability to thoroughly analyze the facts of client cases and find practical approaches to each case.

Michelle is action-oriented. Her experience, dedication and ability of looking at cases from all angles makes her a critical part of the law firm’s team.
